It all started in the 1980s, when we first began this success journey as a real estate brokerage and consultancy company entitled “Review sarl”. Our first mission began by finding our clients the best real estate deals that ensure both their peace of mind and highest return on investment.

Along the way, and after the widespread of businesses and investors across Lebanon, we have noticed that the biggest barrier most businesses face was the high real estate cost in Lebanon which made it impossible for individuals and businesses to rent any commercial space to expand their business in a suitable location at a reasonable cost.

Then in 2003, we were the first to launch our services and partnerships business solution in Iraq under our company name “Iraq Services” where we created business presence and operation for companies and individuals that were present outside of Iraq.

Fast forward to the year 2009, based on our real estate extensive experience since the 80th and after the launch and success of “Iraq Services” company, a very unique out-of-the box idea came to us when we paused for a moment and thought that since we are experts in real estate and fond of what we do, in addition to our capability in creating business presence for companies and individuals, then why not create a unique business twist in the business era, exclusively in Lebanon?! So after several surveys, and tactics, a star in business has been born:

The MyOffice Business Community.

This idea grew out of the several issues that most businesses face. Ranging from expensive rent payments, costly repayments, annoying cleaning services, maintenance and depreciation costs, office furniture and setup costs, lack of proper management, and to other office running issues.

We have observed and inspected thoroughly this dilemma by doing multiple surveys and by analyzing our 30 years’ worth of database as real estate consultants.

Finally in 2010, we were the first to launch a business community concept in Lebanon, known today as MyOffice and offering international and local businesses the ability to expand their businesses in the primmest heart of Beirut through renting our private & virtual offices from an hour up to a year at a fraction of the cost and without any hassle or extra hidden fees.

With a mix of entrepreneurial taste, good business tactics and an adequate geological survey that made us choose the famous Hamra as our main area because it is the core of Beirut, the heart of rising businesses and the platform of entrepreneurs and freelancers, we launched MyOffice. A unique boutique business community where companies and individuals can expand their businesses, by matching their missing needs when it comes to their expansion process.

The cherry on top? Our “Virtual Offices”

In 2015, we expanded our vision even more, and decided to take a turn towards virtual offices, the new era of business expansion.

Back then, people considered the term “virtual office” as imaginary offices, meaning that it is something false or a useless way to do business. However, the direction of the world was towards this brand new virtual office business concept, because it abolishes all the hassle created via a physical office and its unnecessary extra costs ranging from basic furniture, to maintenance, and business reputation, and many other office running issues.

We were the first ones to spot the office dilemma that most businesses faced, and found a solution to cater it. Our boutique concept was initiated out of the needs of entrepreneurs and business people to expand the roots of their business with peace of mind. We take pride in ourselves, because we believe that this is a natural evolution in business, thus we are creators of something that could change the business point of view especially in the Middle East, starting from Lebanon.

Our biggest concern is to make sure that the phenomena of growing an ambition, especially here in Lebanon gets a new way and a fresher path towards the future. For which we have created our unique CSR program known as Able the Disabled initiative (add link) that address the youth, women, the retired, Expatriates, distressed businesses, startups, expanding businesses, freelancers, artists, and individuals with disabilities by helping ensure a fair chance at creating a foundation for their future which shall greatly award the Lebanese private sector.
